Wright Has Offered Support To Vaccine Skeptics
Much like the charity he founded, Bob Wright has publicly flirted with vaccine skepticism. In 2008, for example, Wright told The Telegraph: “The last vaccine Christian had before he regressed was MMR that’s why my daughter concentrates on that. I don’t know whether his autism is linked. It was certainly coincidental. What we don’t know is if it was causal. Nor do we know whether the thimerosal is a factor, although mercury is clearly poisonous. Governments want to run from that issue, but they should become more aggressively involved.”
Wright has supported counseling parents concerned about vaccines to spread out injections over a longer period. His 2016 memoir, “The Wright Stuff,” reproduces an email he sent to the leaders of Autism Speaks in September 2015, after the organization released a statement that denied a link between vaccines and autism as a response to .
“This point of view is unnecessarily argumentative,” Wright wrote. “Trump said it a lot better. We support vaccines, but if parents have concerns, spread out the shots.” During the debate, Trump said he saw a 2-year-old child develop symptoms of autism after receiving several vaccines at the same time and argued that spacing out them out would contain the growing rate of new autism diagnoses.
At the time, journalists took this statement as a reversal of his earlier skepticism. But Trump’s statements about vaccines and autism have always alleged that multiple simultaneous doses are dangerous.
Late Last Year He Tested Positive For Covid
In an essay posted on the White House website, Melania Trump shared her experience with coronavirus. In it, she also revealed that her son Barron did at one point test positive for the disease as well, but did not exhibit any symptoms.
It was two weeks ago when I received the diagnosis that so many Americans across our country and the world had already receivedI tested positive for COVID-19. To make matters worse, my husband, and our nations Commander-in-Chief, received the same news.
Naturally my mind went immediately to our son. To our great relief he tested negative, but again, as so many parents have thought over the past several months, I couldnt help but think what about tomorrow or the next day?. My fear came true when he was tested again and it came up positive. Luckily he is a strong teenager and exhibited no symptoms. In one way I was glad the three of us went through this at the same time so we could take care of one another and spend time together. He has since tested negative.

The disease of autism is often seen in children who are born to older parents. However, Donald Trump was 60 when the baby was born. The bullying issue and autism pandemic are speculated to put the focus on because of Barron. Mongolia Gifted Donald Trump’s Youngest Son With A Horse In 2019
It’s not uncommon for international leaders and governments to bestow gifts upon the President and his family as a gesture of good will. According to The Washington Post, these gifts have “symbolized the friendship and journey shared between countries,” and are often seen as tools of international diplomacy.
Historically, some of these gifts were actual animals, too. While in office, President Ronald Reagan received a baby elephant from Sri Lanka, President George H. W. Bush received a Komodo dragon from Indonesia , and President Richard Nixon and his wife were gifted two pandas from China .
To that end, it may not come as much of a shock to learn that Donald Trump’s youngest son received a horse from Mongolia in 2019. As noted by AP News, Mongolia has often given horses as special presents to its dignitaries. Barron Trump’s horse, named Victory, will remain in Mongolia, but is “beautiful” according to the First Child. Stephanie Grisham, the press secretary at the time, said that the family was “very grateful” for the gift.

Donald Trumps Bizarre Comment About Son Barron Is Causing A Stir

For a particular reason, Barron Trump remains a mystery. He appears reluctant to be dragged about every time spotted, and maybe this is typical teenager behavior.
He has not have a normal life, considering his father as so powerful. Barron is the only child of Donald and Melania, born a year after their wedding. He lived in the penthouse after Donald was elected. He was kept out of the spotlight as his parents wanted. He attended many important events in the White House and was considered to have a plushie lifestyle.
He lives on his own floor at the Trump residence and has someone at his beck all day, but his parents apply house rules. Donald is overprotective toward Barron. He is not allowed to play football.
Trump said I hate to say it because I love watching football. Well, Ive heard NFL players saying that they wouldnt let their sons play football. I would have a hard time with it,
Barron and his dad are similar, even Melania refers to him as Mini-Donald saying: When he was 5 years old, he wanted to be like daddy: a businessman and golfer. He loves to build something and tear it down and build something else.

Melania Trumps Son Barron Falls On Autism Spectrum Fidgety Socially Awkward Journalist Claims
- Melania Trump’s son allegedly suffers from autism
- Barron Trump is reportedly showing signs that he falls on the autism spectrum
- Rosie O’Donnell thinks Barron Trump has autism
Melania Trumps son, Barron Trump, has been sparking speculations that he falls on the autism spectrum.
In an article he penned for the Santa Monica Observer, journalist Samuel Alioto described the 13-year-old as fidgety and socially awkward. He also observed how Barron refuses to speak or shake hands. This, according to Alioto, are obvious signs that the FLOTUS son may be autistic.
Studies have also shown that children who are born to much older parents are more likely to fall on the autism spectrum. The POTUS was already 60 years old when his youngest child was born.
In the past, President Trump has also shared his thoughts regarding the connection between vaccines and autism. Rumors swirled that the president was talking about his own son at that time.
Autism has become an epidemic. Twenty-five years ago, 35 years ago, you look at the statistics, not even close. It has gotten totally out of control. I am totally in favor of vaccines. But I want smaller doses over a longer period of time, he said.
Actress Rossie ODonnell previously wondered if Barron is autistic. On Twitter, she said that the teenagers diagnosis could bring attention to the autism epidemic.
Trump Became Interested In Autism Through Bob Wright
Bob Wright, the former chairman of NBCUniversal, has known Trump since the president entered the public eye. In 1986, Trump approached Wright with a proposal to relocate the offices of the network’s owner at the time, General Electric, to a planned development on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The deal fell through, but it paved the way for a lasting friendship between the two men. In 2002, Wright purchased a 50% stake in Trump’s pageant empire, Miss Universe. In 2004, “The Apprentice” debuted on NBC.
A year later, in 2005, Wright founded the charity Autism Speaks. His interest in the disorder stemmed from his grandson, Christian, who had been diagnosed with it the year prior. It was through Wright and Autism Speaks that Trump seems to have developed an initial interest in autism.
Wright “has just known Trump a long, long time,” Christian’s mother, Katie Wright, told Insider. “I remember we went to Mar-a-Lago for Easter right after Christian was born.” She added that when Autism Speaks started, “my dad was asking all of his acquaintances and friends for donations maybe he called Donald.”
When a “Fox & Friends” host in 2012 asked Trump for his thoughts on the rising prevalence of autism, the future president referred to the Wrights by name:
The year prior, Donald Trump Jr. told another Fox News interviewer that his father “got involved through Bob and Suzanne Wright, who started Autism Speaks.”

Barron Trump Was Exposed To Online Bullying At The Start Of His Fathers Presidency
From the moment former President Donald Trump won the 2016 election against Hillary Clinton, Barron Trump, just 10 years old at the time, was subject to the harsh criticism and downright bullying that has become such a problem on social media.
As the Sun reported, it was 3 in the morning and Barron was obviously exhausted, and likely bored, like any kid his age would be, but the internet trolls, and likely some angry critics of the controversial election, took out their frustrations on the young Barron. According to the outlet, one Twitter user went so far as to comment, Meanwhile #Barrontrump looking like Damien the #antichrist.
Sadly, it didnt stop there. Even celebrities seemed to bring Trumps youngest into the political commentary. Most notoriously, in a since deleted video, Rosie ODonnell, without any prompting, speculated that Barron might have autism. Variety reported that the often outspoken ODonnell, shared a seven-minute video compiling clips from the Republican National Convention, the presidential debates, and Trumps acceptance speech that suggested 10-year-old Barron might be showing signs of autism. Barron Is Not Frequently Photographed
Over the past few years, he’s been most commonly spotted traveling with his parents, boarding and disembarking Air Force One or the President’s helicopter, as he was here, when the Trump family returned from a holiday trip to Mar-a-Lago.
A couple months earlier, Barron was seen heading to Florida to spend the Thanksgiving long weekend at Mar-a-Lago with the President and First Lady.
In 2018, the Trumps spent the Thanksgiving weekend in Florida at Mar-a-Lago. When 12-year-old Barron got off the plane with his parents, it was one of the first times he appeared to be as tall as his father.
And in April, 2018, he had made a rare public appearance at the annual White House Egg Roll. Barron hung back with his parents and watched his younger nieces and nephews race off to hunt for eggs.
The three presidents prior to TrumpObama, Bush, and Clintonwere fathers only to girls. While other presidents since JFKs time have had sons, theyve all been adults who lived outside of the White House.
Trump And Wright Remain In Touch
It may be impossible to definitively prove that Trump acquired his beliefs about vaccines and autism from Wright. Indeed, one of the chief lessons of the past three years of political journalism is that it can be futile to impute rational intention onto the operation of Trump’s mind. But the evidence pointing to Wright is strong, and much more compelling than the theories pointing to Barron.
What is clear, though, is that Trump and Wright remain in touch. When Trump decided to celebrate World Autism Day in 2017 by shining a blue light on the White House, the press secretary at the time, Sean Spicer, told reporters the idea came from a “longtime friend of the president,” Bob Wright.
And in September, The Washington Post reported that Wright had personally lobbied the Trump administration with an untested proposal to contain gun violence by monitoring people with mental illnesses for certain behavioral changes associated with violence.
“Bob does not have anything to add to the public comments he has made in the past,” said Wright’s spokeswoman, Liz Feld, the president of the Suzanne Wright Foundation. “He would never discuss any private conversations he has had with the president.”
