In his parents’ Trump Tower penthouse, Barron had a whole floor to himself, which his mother referred to as “Barron’s living room.” What does a nine-year-old do with his own living room? We may never know.
Also unknown: exactly how much it cost the New York City taxpayers to protect Melania and Barron during their time in Manhattan, making the decision to stay behind a controversial one. CNNMoney reported it cost more than $1 million per day to provide security for President Trump and his family while he was still living in New York after the election.
Trump Became Interested In Autism Through Bob Wright
Bob Wright, the former chairman of NBCUniversal, has known Trump since the president entered the public eye. In 1986, Trump approached Wright with a proposal to relocate the offices of the network’s owner at the time, General Electric, to a planned development on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The deal fell through, but it paved the way for a lasting friendship between the two men. In 2002, Wright purchased a 50% stake in Trump’s pageant empire, Miss Universe. In 2004, “The Apprentice” debuted on NBC.
A year later, in 2005, Wright founded the charity Autism Speaks. His interest in the disorder stemmed from his grandson, Christian, who had been diagnosed with it the year prior. It was through Wright and Autism Speaks that Trump seems to have developed an initial interest in autism.
Wright “has just known Trump a long, long time,” Christian’s mother, Katie Wright, told Insider. “I remember we went to Mar-a-Lago for Easter right after Christian was born.” She added that when Autism Speaks started, “my dad was asking all of his acquaintances and friends for donations maybe he called Donald.”
When a “Fox & Friends” host in 2012 asked Trump for his thoughts on the rising prevalence of autism, the future president referred to the Wrights by name:
The year prior, Donald Trump Jr. told another Fox News interviewer that his father “got involved through Bob and Suzanne Wright, who started Autism Speaks.”
He Prefers Suits To Sweats

Melania Trump Is Very Protective Of Donald Trump’s Youngest Son
Melania Trump who’s undergone a stunning transformation has made Donald Trump’s youngest son her priority since the start. That’s something she takes very seriously, especially when it comes to Barron Trump’s safety. Most notably, after actor Peter Fonda tweeted that Barron should be removed from his family , Melania;reported him to the Secret Service, as noted by People.;The now-deleted tweet garnered significant outrage, and was later deleted.
Barron has since been the subject of more unwarranted criticism, much to the ire of his mother. So when Stanford law professor Pamela Karlan made a derogatory comment about Barron during his father’s impeachment trial, Melania fired back. “A minor child deserves privacy and should be kept out of politics,” she;tweeted, after the professor joked about Barron’s lack of nobility. “Pamela Karlan, you should be ashamed of your very angry and obviously biased public pandering, and using a child to do it.”
While it doesn’t appear that Melania reported Karlan to the Secret Service, Karlan did apologize for her remarks, according to CNN.
Hes The First Son In The White House Since Jfk Jr
It seems strange when you think about it. All the children who actually lived in the White House for the last 50 years have been daughters. The Nixons, Johnsons, Clintons, Bushes, and Obamas all had daughters. As for Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, and George H.W. Bush, their sons were already grown when they;stepped;into the Oval Office. Barron Trump brings back traditional family roots to the White House.

Emotional Support For Affluent Students
In high school, Columbia Prep student partake in a Prep School Issues Program. They meet in small groups once every six-day cycle.
Part of this curriculum includes the Hallways program, which, according to the programs website, is beneficial because life at independent schools in New York City presents challenges found nowhere else. Middle and Upper School students face;a highly competitive academic environment and a host of complex social and emotional issues.
Additionally, according to Hallways, research shows that the pressures in affluent school communities can cause students to value external indicators of success over their own internal needs and development, and affluent student communities may not be emotionally prepared for their next level of schooling, and may also have challenges with managing stress and utilizing healthy coping skills.
Wealthy prep school students apparently also face unique challenges when it comes to social norms, particularly regarding expectations about masculinity and femininity, racial identity, socio-economic status, and other social identifiers.
These messages teach students about what types of people and behaviors are seen as valued within their community, and can have a profound influence on students self-esteem, relationships and overall connection to school.; Our work helps students resist the peer pressures associated with these dynamics and supports schools in creating inclusive and empowering environments.

Trump Likely Encountered Vaccine Skepticism Before Barron Was Even Born
But an examination of the record suggests that Trump’s false beliefs about vaccines had nothing to do with Barron, and in fact likely predated his birth. The earliest known example of Trump discussing vaccines and autism indicates that he began doubting them before Barron reached an age where autism could be reliably diagnosed. In fact, Trump claimed he had taken steps to avoid such a diagnosis by adjusting Barron’s vaccination schedule.
In the 2007 interview with the Sun-Sentinel, Trump said of his then-22-month-old son: “We’ve taken him on a very slow process. He gets one shot at a time, then we wait a few months and give him another shot, the old-fashioned way. But today they pump the children with so much at a very young age. We do it on a very, very conservative level.”
He told the reporter: “Everybody has their theory. My theory, and I study it because I have young children, my theory is the shots.” This statement suggests that Trump developed an interest in the issue not in reaction to any perceived effect of vaccines on Barron, but before any were administered in the first place.
But what, or who, drew Trump to anti-vaccine ideology to begin with?
He Has His Own Floor In The Manhattan Penthouse
While;the New York real estate market has a brutal reputation, Barron Trump had a living space most New Yorkers could only have in their dreams. Melania Trump told Parenting magazine;the boy lived on an entire floor of the familys Manhattan penthouse. He was also in charge of decorating it, which means when he was younger, he drew on the walls, and they just painted over them.
But now Melania and Barron live in the White House. Its unclear whether hell enjoy the same amount of living space in Washington as he did in Manhattan.

Wright Has Offered Support To Vaccine Skeptics
Much like the charity he founded, Bob Wright has publicly flirted with vaccine skepticism. In 2008, for example, Wright told The Telegraph: “The last vaccine Christian had before he regressed was MMR that’s why my daughter concentrates on that. I don’t know whether his autism is linked. It was certainly coincidental. What we don’t know is if it was causal. Nor do we know whether the thimerosal is a factor, although mercury is clearly poisonous. Governments want to run from that issue, but they should become more aggressively involved.”
Wright has supported counseling parents concerned about vaccines to spread out injections over a longer period. His 2016 memoir, “The Wright Stuff,” reproduces an email he sent to the leaders of Autism Speaks in September 2015, after the organization released a statement that denied a link between vaccines and autism as a response to .
“This point of view is unnecessarily argumentative,” Wright wrote. “Trump said it a lot better. We support vaccines, but if parents have concerns, spread out the shots.” During the debate, Trump said he saw a 2-year-old child develop symptoms of autism after receiving several vaccines at the same time and argued that spacing out them out would contain the growing rate of new autism diagnoses.
At the time, journalists took this statement as a reversal of his earlier skepticism. But Trump’s statements about vaccines and autism have always alleged that multiple simultaneous doses are dangerous.

Where In The World Is Barron Trump
During Trump’s final farewell speech as president of the United States, preceding the inauguration of President Joe Biden, many of Trump’s children sat front row at the ceremony, supporting their father before he and Melania boarded Air Force One. In attendance were Trump’s oldest daughter, Ivanka Trump, and her husband, Jared Kushner, as well as Eric and Lara Trump, Don Jr. and his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, and Tiffany Trump and her fiancé, Michael Boulos.
But while most of Trump’s children gathered for the ceremony, Barron was noticeably absent from the group, despite the fact he would be traveling with his family to their new home in Florida.
At this time, it’s currently unclear why Barron did not attend the speech, though it’s in line with his previous public appearances with his family. The Trump family offered no explanation for his absence. He was not seen leaving the White House that morning, though he was aboard the same Air Force One plane.
